This afternoon, I finally received an email reply from someone I've been trying to get pry (proper) answers from. Thrice I posted the same query with progressive degrees of explanation; thrice I received replies that wholly missed the point. How can anyone be that obtuse?!?!?? You are breaking my heart and shredding my patience here!
