Turns out, my first official PT session in 3 years wasn't THAT bad. Okay, scratch that, it wasn't what I expected at all. And I realised the extent of my gross lack of developed muscle and stamina. Ran 2.1km today- may be nothing to some of you but it's a never ending distance for me- and ohmuhgahh, I got lapped once. When everything was over, my face was puffy, red and sweaty- very unglamourous :/ And I had the bane of all my running sessions- stitches.

The issue that's bugging me now is how I still feel fat. All the exercises, drills and whatnot were all leg-work. So tomorrow, the bottom half of my body'll feel fitter [read: painful muscleache (: ] while the top half wallows in it's muscle-less, flab-laden glory.

And on a side, observation note, I do NOT WANT THAT CRAZY HOCKEY BALL TO HIT ME EVER. Ever. It's like a golf ball magnified 5 times, dimples, hardness and all. It better never come into contact with my skin especially when I'm unpadded. I'm gonna get bruises on my palms from all the catching today.

I hope I don't turn tanner.
