This week's overflowing with activties and it's just freaking Monday. That's like barely 15% of the week gone. Not that I want the week to zoom by. But I can't wait for Friday (:

Juat so you know:

The College has been newly merged, legally renamed and will officially be called Raffles Instituition (Junior College) on 1st January 2009. Let me tell you something, the new name? It is, in the words of http://make-it-loud.blogspot.com/, a clumsy amalgamation of the two parties' names. Not to mention that it is SO aesthetically-unpleasing, unaesthetically-pleasing to the eye. Can anyone say ew?

"RJC" has perfect, eye-pleasing aesthetic balance.
"RI (JC)" or "RIJC", is the complete opposite. In every possible way. Viewed from any angle, including the non-existent ones, it screams gag me.

And has it occurred to you, like it occurred to me, that Instition = Junior College in.. educational terms? So in really basic, layman talk, it'd be Raffles School (School). AWWWSUM HUH.

By the way, dya know RIJC also stands for Roosevelt Island Jewish Congregation?

Anyway, to end off on a more pensive note-
