Remind me again, which fleeting, idealistic thought was it that possessed me to agree to take on this role?? For someone who usually shies away from admin-heavy ordered stuff, babe, you just stepped into one massive administrative nightmare from hell. (Okay, I exaggerate. It could've been worse, but it's bad enough.) It is annoying me in ways I never thought possible (like wth! Uncapitalised names?!? & that's just the start).
(This could very well be the tiredness talking.)
Should endeavour to tone down the OCD perfectionist streak.

mind the hour, almost 3+++am...
piece of advice: in some versions of excel u can use shift+F3 for capitalising, otherwise just use +proper() or don't capitalise at all
